Slide This past year has been one of incredible
growth and impact at the Possibility Lab. What
started just over a year ago with the seed
of an idea—to help government work better
for more people—has blossomed into a
dynamic group of data-driven optimists
working to foster new ways of thinking and
doing. We are proud of our unique approach
to problem-solving and the progress we
have helped catalyze with our partners
in such a short time.

Through ongoing collaborations, we are
exploring creative ways to bring both data
and community expertise into public policy
decision-making. You will see in this report how
we are actualizing these goals every day, through
sustained partnerships with state and local
governments, community-based organizations,
and diverse residents.

partners across California and beyond who are working

support a wider range of partners and expanding
our long-term impact. 2x STAFF Through our partner surveys, focus groups, public education campaigns, pilot projects and outreach, we engaged with diverse residents across the state. 1 million+
