Ben Bowyer is a Senior Researcher at the Possibility Lab and a Project Scientist with the Civic Engagement Research Group in the School Education at the University of California, Riverside. He received his PhD in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ben’s research interests center around the development of political attitudes and behavior, and the ways in which civic education affects young people’s political engagement in the Digital Age. His research applies his experience and training using quantitative methods to a wide range of research questions and has been published in numerous academic journals across education and the social sciences.
